Prof. Linlin Shen, Shenzhen University, China
Linlin Shen received the BSc and MEng degrees from Shanghai JiaoTong University, Shanghai, China, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK. He was a Research Fellow with the University of Nottingham, working on MRI brain image processing. Prof. Shen is currently the “Pengcheng Scholar” Distinguished Professor at School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He is also an Honorary professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, UK and Visiting Professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China. He serves as the director of Computer Vision Institute, AI Research Center for Medical Image Analysis and Diagnosis and China-UK joint research lab for visual information processing. He also serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the IET journal of Cognitive Computation and Systems. He is listed as the Most Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier, and listed in a ranking of the top 2% of scientists in the world by Stanford University. He received the Most Cited Paper Award from the journal of Image and Vision Computing. His cell classification algorithms were the winners of the International Contest on Pattern Recognition Techniques for Indirect Immunofluorescence Images held by ICIP 2013 and ICPR 2016.

Prof. Xiongbiao Luo, Xiamen University, China
Dr. Xiongbiao Luo received the Ph.D. degree in information science from Nagoya University, Japan, in 2011. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow and an Assistant Professor with Nagoya University, a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University ofWestern Ontario, Canada, and a Senior Researcher with the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research, France. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, National Institute for Data Science in Health and Medicine, and the Director of the XMU Center for Surgery and Engineering, Xiamen University. He has edited seven books and published more than 150 peer-reviewed articles. His current research interests include artificial intelligence in healthcare, surgical vision, autonomous navigation and robotic, and computational photography. He has been a Program Member (since 2019 and from 2017 to 2021) of the International Congress and Exhibition on Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery and the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MEDICAL ROBOTICS AND BIONICS, IEEE ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION LETTERS, IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation, IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems, and Senior Member of IEEE.

Prof. Jianping Gou, Southwest University, China
Professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest University. Selected as a candidate for the Excellent Young Core Teacher Training Program under the Qinglan Project for Universities in Jiangsu Province, a candidate for the China Postdoctoral International Exchange Program dispatch project, and a recipient of the Chongqing Overseas Returnee Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support Program. Executive member of the Multimedia Specialty Committee, Computer Vision Specialty Committee, Embodied Intelligence Specialty Committee, and Youth Working Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Society. IEEE Senior Member, CSIG Senior Member, and CCF Senior Member. Long-term engagement in theoretical and applied research in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and pattern recognition. Published over 150 academic papers in domestic and international journals and conferences such as IJCV and ACM/IEEE Trans, with over 100 papers indexed by SCI, 5 highly cited papers, 1 hot paper, nearly 5,000 Google citations for a single paper, and a single paper continuously cited 40 times by ESI. Presided over more than 10 projects including National Natural Science Foundation general and youth projects, as well as provincial and ministerial projects, and authorized nearly 20 national invention patents.

Prof. Leng Lu, Nanchang Hangkong University, China
Lei Deng is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Central South University. He has been honored with the Hunan Distinguished Youth Fund award and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Bioinformatics Society. Previously, he conducted postdoctoral research at Columbia University, USA. His research focuses primarily on bioinformatics and AI-driven drug discovery. He has led a key project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, along with three general projects and one youth project. Professor Deng has authored over 150 papers published in prestigious international journals and conferences such as Nature, Nucleic Acids Research, and ISMB. He has been recognized as one of the top 2% of leading scientists globally by Stanford University and holds eight authorized invention patents. His contributions have earned him a second-place prize in natural sciences awarded by the Ministry of Education. Additionally, he is a member of the Bioinformatics Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and is a member of the Committee for Bioinformatics and Artificial Life under the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI).
